Helen is the Pilates Journal Instructor of the Year 2023, and a Pilates Association Australia Professional Practitioner, with 30 years personal practice and 20 years teaching experience, ranging from post-acute rehabilitation to conditioning for sport. She is passionate about healthy biomechanics of both horse and rider, and the role that the riders body plays in the ability to influence and also maintain and improve the wellbeing of the horse.
Presenting exercises for the athletic equestrian – become the athletic equivalent of your horse, regardless of your level of riding.

Equestrian bio-mechanics and Level 3 Fitness Australia Coach Mel Macaulay from Strong Stable Seat has a unique ability to understand the challenges of personal postural issues and how they affect the horse/rider combination. Mel has over 20years of practice in the Sports and Exercise Science field.
Presenting exercises to improve balance and body awareness. Posture, position, performance.
Suitable for all fitness and riding levels.
