Accessible parking is available in Public Parking zone, from Leonard Crescent, off Langs Road. Shown the map in yellow.
Parking is $20 per vehicle per day.
There will be an accessible shuttle available and running between the carpark and Gate B Entrance.

Yes, limited wheelchairs will be available for hire onsite at our Information Hub located at the Pie in the Sky.
Wheelchairs will be free until Midday, $20 for full day. Electric Mobility Scooters will be $50 per day.

Qualified and accredited assistance animals are welcome into the event site. Staff will ask for documentation showing that your assistance animal is qualified and accredited.
We do ask that you are mindful of the horses competing.
Accessible seating is only available in grand pavilion. For Star Presenter Masterclasses and Night Shows this is pre-booked and allocated seating only.
For all other events in the Grand Pavilion, accessible seating is first in best dressed.
Accessible seats and wheelchair bays are all located in the Two Stride Grandstand.

Lockers are located in the underpass to Truck and Float between the Ariat Pavilion and Off The Track Pavilion.
On the final day of EQUITANA (Sunday 17th November), there will be a designated large suitcase storage area available.
Suitcase storage will be located in the underpass to Truck and Float between the Ariat Pavilion and Off The Track Pavilion.
The best spot for you will be inside the Ariat Pavilion in the bathrooms at the rear of the building
Pram parking will only be available in the Grand Pavilion. There will be a designated pram zone inside the pavilion.
First aid will be located underneath the grandstand near Titan Rail arena, close to Gate B
