A new edition to EQUITANA in 2024…because we know how much shopping you all do, we’re introducing a Parcel Pick Up service to save you from having to lug your big & bulky purchases ALL the way back to your car.
SO, HOW WILL IT WORK?

Strictly no storage, this is a pick up service only!
step by step guide
- Between 2pm and 7pm, take your bulky and heavy items to the Ticket Box at Entry B (Entry at the main carpark)
- Our team will hold your items and provide you with a parcel collection voucher and Pick Up only Parking Pass
- You will then retrieve your vehicle, place your pass on the dash and return to the Ticket Box via Gate 5
- You’ll proceed to our designated pick up zone, exchange your parcel collection voucher for your items and leave site
